About Us
REVOLVER CASTING is a small fishing tackle brand based in Fukuoka Prefecture, operated solely by its founder.
The founder also works as a company employee, developing and managing products with limited time and budget.
Therefore, we cannot offer the abundant resources or frequent new product launches that larger brands can.
However, we hope to build our brand over the long term with those who thoroughly use our existing products in actual fishing environments and share their honest feedback and improvement suggestions.

This recruitment is for field staff who will convey the appeal and usability of our products through actual fishing and product introductions.
All participants will start as Crew members, and we will review their activities every six months to determine their continued involvement and category.
This initiative is not a one-sided relationship where we simply provide products, but rather a collaborative effort to nurture brand and product value together through actual use and communication.

This is the starting point for all field staff.
Initial: Several products provided free of charge
Regular: One product from stock provided every 4 months
Additional purchases: 10% off all products

Post about our products once or twice a month

Activity Reflection
The activity period is in 6-month increments.
At the end of the period, we will review whether to continue and revise the activity category, taking the following points into comprehensive consideration:
・Quality of posts
・Continuity
・Whether the usability is conveyed based on actual fishing experience
・Compatibility with the brand
・Contribution to increased awareness through outreach
・Integrity of communication
・Field etiquette and reliability
As a result of the review, one of the following will occur:
・Transition to Member
・Transition to Core
・Continuation in the current category
・Category revision
・Non-renewal
In addition, achievements such as the following will be positively considered in addition to regular activities:
・Significant results in competitions or actual fishing
・High virality and influence on social media
・Special activities contributing to brand value enhancement
About the Contract
Activity Period: 6 months (renewable)
*A simple contract will be signed before the start of activities.
*This recruitment is not an employment contract, but an request for you to act as a field staff member for REVOLVER CASTING.
Review of Activities
Even if activity status does not meet the criteria, we may not immediately discontinue it, but instead set a certain period for review.
Based on subsequent activities and improvements, we may continue the activity, revise its category, or adjust the contract terms.

*Category composition may be adjusted depending on the number of applications.
Application requirements
・You must have a public account.
・You must post regularly.
・You must fish in a genre that matches our products.
・You must be able to empathize with the brand's philosophy.
・Applications are accepted from all over the country.
*Applicants from Fukuoka Prefecture are especially welcome due to future filming and meeting arrangements.
*Minors must apply with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Key considerations

*We do not make decisions based solely on follower count.
Activities
・Post about fishing trips using our products, or posts introducing our products.
・Post with specified hashtags and tags.
・Actively use and promote our products.
・Share feedback on usage and areas for improvement as needed.
*A single photo and a brief comment on your experience are acceptable.
*We welcome posts that convey not only your catch, but also the process, your ingenuity, and your experience using the product.
*As a minimum activity standard, we request a total of at least 10 posts within 6 months.

・For posts using provided products or posts requested by our company, please clearly indicate that it is an advertisement/sponsored post (e.g., #PR #advertisement #REVOLVERCASTING_provided).
・Please make sincere posts that align with the brand image.
・Please ensure your activities comply with laws and the rules of each fishing spot.
About Posting
The photos, videos, and texts you submit may be used on REVOLVER CASTING's official social media, website, blog, promotional materials, etc.
When used, cropping and layout adjustments may be made as necessary.
Regarding product provision
・Product provision will be carried out based on inventory status and operational policies.
・Annual provision quantities and frequencies may be adjusted depending on inventory and activity status.
・TOOL products (development products, special category products) are not eligible for provision.
・Due to inventory status, we may not be able to provide your desired products.
About lost items
※Losses (missing items) due to normal use are not covered.
※Defective products and special test items will be handled separately depending on the circumstances.
Prohibited actions
・Resale or transfer of provided items
・Excessive criticism or comparison posts of other companies' products
・False fishing results, misleading expressions, or overly dramatized posts
・Actions that significantly damage brand image
・Violation of laws, fishing spot rules, or public order and morals
About the Selection Process
・Applicants will be selected based on the content of their applications.
・Only selected applicants will be contacted.
・Selection results will be announced approximately 1-2 weeks after the application period closes.
