Wayne Waterson at Revolver is an award-winning casting director with over 25 years’ experience casting projects for noted directors, world-leading advertising agencies, premium brands and production companies.
A member of the UK Casting Directors’ Association, Wayne’s experience spans film, television, commercials, music, photography, publications and more, providing casting for directors Terry Gilliam, Joe Wright, as well as many others. He has worked with many renowned advertising agencies such as McCann Erickson, Mother, J Walter Thompson to name but a few.

Wayne has successfully cast thousands of actors, real and street people throughout the UK, Europe, Africa, India, USA and the Middle East working with production companies and facility houses around the world. He has a unique knack for understanding his clients’ vision, however complex the brief, and delivering perfect talent every time.
Some of the most recognised and compelling commercials of the past 25 years have been cast by Wayne at Revolver including major advertising award winners: CocaCola’s Football Fans, Nike’s Good vs Evil for the World Cup and Puma’s Football, The Premiership for BBC, The Olympics for IBM, plus campaigns for The Post Office and the Government’s Blood Donor Drive.
